Order Processing: Once you have finalized the design of your custom gown, our team will begin the production process. Please allow some time for our skilled artisans to handcraft your gown with precision and care.
Shipping Time: After the production is completed, your custom gown will be shipped to your provided address. Depending on your location, shipping may take between 4-5 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the safe delivery of your unique garment.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have any concerns regarding the shipment.

RETURN POLICY:
Please note that all custom gowns designed and produced by Lydore are non-returnable and non-refundable. We take pride in creating unique garments tailored to your preferences; therefore, we do not accept returns once the design has been finalized.
